Don Marco's Chipotle Butter & Dip - mildly spicy with a hint of chipotle and chili
In terms of taste, the spice mixture is not really hot, but with a pleasant chipotle chilli note.
For the grill butter, simply cream the butter with a tablespoon of oil and two tablespoons of the dry rub and chill. A very tasty butter for steaks and ciabatta, not comparable to any known herb butter.
You can also stir the spice into sour cream to flavor fries, wedges or burgers.
Before using and opening the bag, shake well or possibly mix again, since all Don Marco's Rubs and spice mixtures are made without any additives.
