Chimichurri is the traditional South American barbecue sauce and is prepared from various herbs, vinegar and olive oil, which goes well with grilled meat.

Don Marco`s BBQ spice chimichurri 130g can

For the South American sauce you only need 1 part of the BBQ spice chimichurri with a little warm water. Then add 1 part vinegar and 3 parts olive oil, mix the ingredients well and leave to infuse.

The exact dosage depends on your own taste. We therefore recommend trying out the preparation before serving until you find the right taste.

The Don Marco's Chimichurri BBQ spice is delivered in a rectangular 130g PET jar with a sprinkling and pouring opening. The black foil protects the contents from light and ensures that you can enjoy the barbecue spice mix for a long time.
