Don Marcos Bacon Candy does what it says on the tin! The seasoning mix for caramelized bacon provides a stunning combination of savory and sweet flavors.

The bacon candy spice mix with cane sugar, honey and cream is refined with hearty aromas of sea salt, chili, garlic and onion. Together with crispy, hearty bacon, it's a real taste explosion.

Don Marcos Bacon Candy - homemade caramelized bacon

It's that easy:

  • Fry or grill the bacon until it turns color and loses water
  • Place on a wire rack (important!).
  • Sprinkle with a covering layer of bacon candy
  • Caramelize with sufficient heat (approx. 190 - 200°C) in the grill or oven until the mixture liquefies and bubbles
  • Sprinkle on another layer and caramelize to desired color and texture

The delicious treat tastes sweet, tangy and a little spicy. The ideal combination to crunch the bacon pure or to enjoy it on burgers.
